Now, our Ejen Harta Tanah Bernilai has yet created another 'worse' record! They truly showcase the 'boleh' spirit, but the 'boleh' is good to them, to us, as negotiators in Malaysia, always 'tak boleh'!
They are not only good in evaluate lands and properties, in addition, they are also expert driver to reverse the car ( thanks to F1! ), they will do whatever the world doesn't do anymore, but never do what suppsoed to do!
Here's some of the records they have created, which i believe for the next 100 years, no one can break this records:
- the 'oxford' certificate of realty license - I am one of the negotiator that saved all my money and my time to try to be good boy to take up our certification course. The time and money invested are completely okay if it's worth the value, the worse thing is, after study for one year, i have no choice but to drop the course, else, my wife will divorce with me and my parents disown me, why? Ask the Harta Tanah representatives lah! The course will even test you on the type of soil on the land! Stupid meh! I sell properties, not selling soil lah!
